A Little About Cheryl

Cheryl first licensed as a Realtor® in 2004, choosing to associate with Coldwell Banker Realty because her clients deserve the best for their most significant financial decision. Knowledgeable in all aspects of residential real estate with creative solutions to address both parties in a transaction, her Buyers Sellers benefit from her expertise. Many of her clients are past clients or friends and family of past clients, who wouldn’t complete a real estate transaction without tapping into her knowledge expertise.

A veteran of many corporate childhood relocations (thank you for the adventures Mom Dad), she empathizes with the challenges that come with a move. Cheryl learned early the importance of “This is Home”. Born in Edmonton Alberta, through the years “This Is Home” included the metropolitan areas of Toronto Ontario, Philadelphia Pennsylvania, Wilmington Delaware, Ottawa Ontario, Chicago Illinois, Detroit Michigan, Montreal Quebec, and finally Atlanta Georgia. Calling Utah her home for 5 decades, Cheryl is a perfect fit while you find your “This is Home”.
